| | Day One:
| Welcome at the airport and transfer to the hotel by the program’s planners.
| | Day Two:
| Breakfast at the hotel. Familiarization and warm-up at the sport field or venue chose for the match. Welcome lunch at the hotel entertained by Cuban traditional music. In the afternoon, city tour that includes strolls down Old Havana’s main streets and squares.
| | Day Three:
| Breakfast at the hotel. Morning game against a Cuban team. Return to the hotel. Afternoon visit to the Girardo Cordova Cardin High Performance Training Center in Cojimar. Nightly stop at the Cabana Fortress to watch the 9 O’clock Cannon Shot Ceremony.
| | Day Four :
| Breakfast at the hotel. Morning game against a Cuban team. Return to the hotel. Afternoon training, exchange of experiences and skills with Cuban coaches and players. Nightly visit to a stadium or sport venue to watch a game of any Cuban major sport league whose regular season is underway during the trip.
| | Day Five :
| Breakfast at the hotel. Morning game against a Cuban team. Return to the hotel. Afternoon training, exchange of experiences and skills with Cuban coaches and players.
| | Day Six:
| Breakfast at the hotel. Tour to Eastern Havana Beaches for fun and a training session in the sand with Cuban players. Lunch boxes and beverages are included.
| | Day Seven:
| Breakfast at the hotel. Morning game with both foreign and Cuban sportsmen playing for either team. Award ceremony and farewell party with possible participation of veteran players who made history in Cuban sport. Return to the hotel. Nightly visit to the Turquino Ballroom & Nightclub to enjoy live and playback disco music.
