Definitions, Prices, Confirmations and Payments:

As far as program definition is concerned, there are several ways to get the process going:

If a group signs up for the scheduled sent to it.
If a group makes slight changes to the schedule sent to it.
If a schedule proposal with other destinations included is put together.
